Let's Dance!

Still feeling lethargic? The Coffee Break team has found that when we’re feeling like crawling under our desks for a kip, we can boost our endorphins with a spot of dancing! Because we all seem to be pathologically bad a boogying, these spontaneous dance sessions also get us giggling and lift our energy levels so we can get through the cravings. You may think we’re just loosing our marbles but give it a try next time you feel like reaching for the caffeine. 

We’ve even been recording a little hot shoe shuffles on the Coffee Break Facebook page to celebrate fundraising milestones - head over and check them out, they’re good for a laugh that’s for sure!
