October 2 Survival Tips: Sleeping Beauty
What are you going to now without your morning caffeine fix?! Many of us find it hard to get up and go without it. Try indulging in some fruit like bananas or apples, almonds or yogurt, all of which are a natural source of energy, and will help you with whatever the day throws at you. Keep persistent with your H20 intake and continue to snack throughout the day on natural energy foods. When night comes around, tuck yourself into bed nice and early and gather those few extra hours of critical sleep!
